Definition

The Retail Credit Data Table enumerates a list of variables that can be used for diverse Retail Credit Risk analyses, in particular as Retail Credit Score Factor for

• Support Risk Acceptance Credit Scoring Models for new retail clients
• Support Behavioral Credit Scoring / Rating Models for existing clients
• Support Collection Scoring Models for clients in difficulty
• Non-Performing Loan Valuation

Counterparty Table Fields

Employment Status	Choice	Employment status of the Private Individual Counterparty
Occupation Type	Choice	Main occupation of the Private Individual Counterparty, where (a), (b), (c) or (d) is selected in the field 'Employment Status'
Occupation Description	Text	Description of the occupation of the Private Individual Counterparty, providing more detail for field "Occupation Type"
Date of Verification for Personal Details	Date	Date that the personal details of the Private Individual Counterparty, i.e. nationality, residence, annual income and occupation in the above fields, were last verified
External Credit Scoring at Origination	Text	External credit scoring issued to the Private Individual Counterparty at loan origination
Source of External Credit Scoring at Origination	Text	From which agency the external credit scoring at the point in time when the Counterparty became a customer
Current External Credit Scoring	Text	External credit scoring issued to the Private Individual Counterparty at cut-off date
Source of Current External Credit Scoring	Text	From which agency the external credit scoring at NPL Portfolio Cut-Off Date was obtained
Geographic Region Classification	Choice	NUTS3 classification used for the field "Geographic Region of Registered Location", i.e. NUTS3 2013 (1), NUTS3 2010 (2), NUTS3 2006 (3), NUTS3 2003 (4), Other (5)
Date of Last Contact	Date	Date of last direct contact with the Counterparty
Cross Default for Counterparty	Choice	Indicator as to whether contractual breach of any loans held by the Counterparty would trigger the default event of any other loans
Description of Cross Default	Text	Description of cross default when "Partial" is selected in field "Cross Default for Counterparty"
Cross Collateralisation for Counterparty	Choice	Indicator as to whether all / some of the loans held by the Counterparty are secured by all / some of the collaterals held by the Counterparty

Related Party	Boolean	Indicator as to whether the Counterparty is a related party to the Institution, e.g. Counterparty is an employee of the Institution

Other Products with Institution	Text	Other products that the Counterparty holds with the Institution that are not included in the NPL Portfolio
Contingent Obligations	Boolean	Indicator as to whether the Corporate Counterparty has contingent obligations which will be part of the sale, e.g. the Institution provided a guarantee to a real estate developer on their development
Description of Contingent Obligations	Text	Description of contingent obligations when "Yes" is selected in field "Contingent Obligations"
Deposit Balance with Institution	Number	Deposit amount the Counterparty holds with the Institution as defined by annex II, Part two of the ECB BSI Regulation
Currency of Deposit	Choice	Currency that the deposit held with the Institution is expressed in
Eligibility for Deposit to Offset	Boolean	Indicator as to whether the deposit held with the Institution can be used to pay down the loan
Counterparty deceased	Boolean	Indicator as to whether the Private Individual Counterparty has passed away
Name of Insolvency/Restructuring Proceedings	Choice	Name of any insolvency or restructuring proceedings to which the Counterparty is subject
