Definition

Quantifying GHG Reductions is a procedure for compiling and reporting an aggregate GHG reduction from a GHG Project. The following is according to [1]

Annual Quantification of GHG Reduction

\mbox{R} = \mbox{BE}  -\mbox{PE}

Where:

  • \mbox{R} are the Annual GHG reductions for the entire GHG project
  • \mbox{BE} are the total annual baseline emissions for all the GHG project's primary effects
  • \mbox{PE} Total annual GHG project emissions
