Definition
Contact Point denotes information (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number) of a Person or department through which the user can get in touch with.
Context
In the EProcurement Ontology this class represents the contact information for a Public Service, Channel, Public Organization, etc. The contact point could be a role, email address, telephone number, etc.
