Types of Contracts
Contractual risks are risks associated with explicit and legally binding contracts that can be:
- Lending Products or other Credit Risks
- Underwritten Insurance Contracts
- Internal Performance Contracts (employee / labour contracts)
- External Performance Contracts (outsourcing, procurement)
