Definition

The XBRL Table is an XBRL Element that organizes a set of axes and a set of line items to indicate that each fact of one of the line items could be further characterized along one or more of its axes.

Example

If a line item is Revenues and an axis is Segments and this axis has two domains, the facts representing revenues with break-downs for Reportable segments and All other segments.
