Definition

XBRL Segment, denoted also XBRL Scenario. The component of a XBRL Context containing additional information to be associated with facts in an XBRL Instance Document.

This information encompasses in particular the dimensional classifications or breakdowns defined by axes and domain members in taxonomies.
