Definition

XBRL Abstract Concept is an XBRL Taxonomy XBRL Element that has an XBRL Abstract attribute set to true.

An abstract concept cannot be used to tag data in an XBRL Instance Document. Such an element might also be referred to as a header. It is primarily used as an organizational element.
