Definition
Terms Sheet. A set of written terms setting out legal or contractual rights, obligations and the like, but not (or not yet) forming part of a set of Contractual Terms.
A typical case would be a termsheet in a prospectus, informing potential investors in something, what terms they will expect when the prospectus becomes a formal contract.
