Definition
Policy Scenario is a Scenario that represents the events or conditions most likely to occur in the presence of the policy or action (or package of policies or actions) being assessed. The policy scenario is the same as the Baseline Scenario except that it includes the policy or action (or package of policies/actions) being assessed.
