Loan Standardization Documentation. Very specific categorization of documentation obtained by the lender at the time of origination to qualify a borrower. Documentation Types vary from lender to lender and need to be completely understood. takes a code list in the data world see eg S&P codes of these. not exhaustive? example tax returns etc. categorize as hi low or medium type of doc risk there are also 'no doc' mtges
