Definition

Key Performance Indicators. (KPIs) They are the metrics (or measures) used within corporations to measure the performance of one department or process against another one with respect to revenues, sales lead conversion, costs, customer support, and so on. Benchmark measurement based on objectives, targets and defined industry standards.
