Definition

Inter-Organizational Collaboration. (IOC) It is the case of multiple parties collaborating on, for instance, a common procurement solution. This kind of collaboration could include organizational alliances (partnerships), vendors, customers, and even competitors. They all interact in order to create a common end delivery.
