Definition

Full Corporate Offer. It is a proposal issued by the vendor after the preliminary stages of negotiation are complete, such as a letter of intent having been issued by the buyer and a soft discovery having been conducted on their accounts by the vendor.

A full corporate proposal is a document which outlines the terms and conditions of the sale.
