Definition

Current Loan Delinquency Status: The number of months the obligor is delinquent as determined by the governing mortgage documents.

Notes

For mortgage loans removed from the reference pool or historical data set, this field will be blank, subsequent to the month of removal.

If the delinquency is unknown, the value ‘XX’ will display.

In the event the loan is greater than or equal to 99 months delinquent, the field will report a '99'.
