Definition
An energy performance certificate (EPC) is a rating scheme to summarise the energy efficiency of buildings.
Issues and Challenges
- Not to be confused with an Energy Certificate, which is a transferable record or guarantee (Certificate) related to the amount of Energy or material goods consumed by an Energy Transformation process.
