Definition

Capital Flight denotes a phenomenon associated with Cross-Border Finance where investors who are not part of the Legal Jurisdiction involved attempt to rapidly with repatriate (transfer) Capital resources, in attempt to avoid various forms of Political Risk or Country Risk.
