Definition
In the context of an EECS Certificate and Earmark is Support Flag data element denoting whether the relevant EECS Production Device and/or its Output have benefited or will benefit from public sector Support (subsidy).
The allowed codes are listed in EECS Rules Fact Sheet 3 (“Types of Public Support”).
