Renting and leasing of water transport equipment class

Description

This class includes:

  • renting and operational leasing of water-transport equipment without operator:
    • commercial boats and ships

This class excludes:

  • renting of water-transport equipment with operator, see division 50
  • renting of pleasure boats, see 77.21
