Definition

Holder Disclosure Message. An action by a holder to voluntarily disclose some information.

SWIFT: "Requirement under some regulations for holders or beneficial owners to disclose" This comes from examples such as ENRON, and is a message in which the holdler of the security volunteers some information without prompting.
