Definition
Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG Emissions). The seven gases mandated under the Kyoto Protocol and to be included in national inventories under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC):
- carbon dioxide (CO2)
- wikipedia:methane (CH4)
- wikipedia:nitrous oxide (N2O)
- wikipedia:hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)
- wikipedia:perfluorocarbons (PFCs)
- wikipedia:sulphur hexafluoride (SF6), and
- wikipedia:nitrogen trifluoride (NF6)
