List of Open Source Financial Software
A list of projects that adopt the open source licensing model in the development of financial / insurance software.
This list is simply an enumeration of projects that can be used in various manners. When financial service provision is achieved with the predominant use of open source software the business model is termed Open Source Finance

- Does not inlcude open source projects / tools that can incidentaly be used for financial applications (such as Libre Office components)
- The list is limited to financial applications and management, not general business applications (e.g. POS, ERP, CRM etc) or project management
- The list does not include any type of trading oriented software
