Third Party Corporate Action Issuer Message. Message from security issuer, notifying holders of a Third Party Corporate Action.
These actions are initiated by some party other than the issuer. The issuer would also send out a message to holders, in order that they are formally notified of the action. Note also that the CAE message types may be the same in both cases.
