Definition

Strategy. A plan or method for achieving a specific goal, objective, solution or outcome. A strategy may involve activities that are needed in order to achieve specific goals or objectives. It may take into account one or more policies or any number of restrictions and constraints.

An undertaking’s plan to achieve its mission and vision and apply its core values. It incorporates the set of goals or purposes the undertaking assigns itself in terms of delivering certain defined products and services to defined categories of customers in certain defined geographic areas under a defined framework of relationships with all stakeholders.
