Definition

Share Value Decrease Action. Reduction of the share capital and face value of a single share. The number of the circulating shares remains unchanged. May include a capital pay-out to shareholder.

This is a type of Action. Not the same as the resulting change of value from a stock split or similar. Here we have the change of the par value.
