Issues and Challenges

FIBIM has term "Putable Date" which (by implication, and comparing with definition for "Next Call Date") is presumably a single calendar date in the future, at a given point in time. That does not cover the definition of formal terms defining when and how the issue may be put, which is what is modeled here.
