Loan Third Party

Definition

Loan Third Party. A party which, by virtue of being a third party to the Loan Contract, performs some role directly in relation to the Loan.

These can be thought of as third parties to the Loan Contract or to the Loan itself, i.e. the money advanced by the lender to the borrower. These are all modeled as parties to the loan directly, but by virtue of their being third parties to the loan contract, that is, the Loan third Party itself are identified as contract third party.
