FpML: A type defining a Forward Rate Agreement (FRA) product. Clarified by Andrew Jacobs (Jan 2012): A FRA is an interest rate instrument with a single instrument. The interest rate is known at the start of the period. If it has changed at the end of the period, you settle for the difference.
