Debt Instrument Buyback Notification. Notification of an event where det securities are bought back by the issuer.

See also puts and calls (these are usually pre-arranged). Here the company goes out to the market and buys back their own debt. This does not really need to be a corporate event, they just do it. REVIEW: This term may not be needed. Not a corporate action.
