Constitutional Contractual Control. Some control set out in some contract among the principals of an organization.


Issues and Challenges

This distinguishes this control from control conferred by contracts with third parties, for example in relation to third party guarantees or similar. This combines all forms of constitutional control in one set of terms under Constitutional De Jure Control.
