Definition

Constitution. A constitution defines the basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it.


Issues and Challenges

This defines the framework in which laws (for a country constitution), rules and regulations (for a party or organization constitution) or contractual commitments are made and in which they have force.
