Category C Projects will also be subject to reporting and compliance requirements commensurate to their level of environmental and social risk (which may be assessed to have minimal or no adverse impact in this regard).
- Limited or focused Environmental and Social Impact Assessment may be required, and/or other relevant requirements agreed by the parties.
- Assessment of Human Rights risks and impacts required.
