Third Party Corporate Action Originator Message

From Open Risk Manual

Definition

Third Party Corporate Action Originator Message. Message from a third party, notifying holders of a Third Party Corporate Action.

These actions are initiated by some party other than the issuer. As well as this message, the issuer would also send out a message to holders, in order that they are formally notified of the action. Note also that the CAE message types may be the same in both cases.
