Holder Disclosure

Definition

Holder Disclosure. An action by a holder to voluntarily disclose some information. Examples: ENRON Disclosure rules. This is an action by the Holder on discovery of their legal requirement. Is there an Issuer action If so there may be an Issuer action asking for such disclosure. Or this may not exist since at the time of the action the Issuer should know all this. Conclusion: From a CA viewpoint specifically, the Disclosure would be from the holder.
