Definition
Fund Legal Form. The legal form of a Fund, eg Joint Stock Company, Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) etc.
This term does not cover the structure of the fund (Open or Closed, Open Ended or Closed Ended); these facts are covered in separate terms.
This fact is the legal form which the fund takes, as a legal entity of some kind. It refers to a selection of possible legal forms, such as Joint Stock Company.
