Forward Cash Settlement Commitment. A commitment to settle a cash amount at an agreed date in the future.
Note the earliest possible date as in a Spot. FpML exchangedCurrency2 referred to as a "Currency Stream" 'This is the second of the two currency flows that define a single leg of a standard foreign exchange transaction.'
