Energy Risk Scorecard

From Open Risk Manual

Definition

An Energy Risk Scorecard is a quantification tool that assesses a number of relevant metrics associated with Energy Risk, assigns each attribute a score and a weight and produces an overall score.

Enery risk scores can be used to understand areas to improve in order to strengthen the Energy Risk Profile of an entity.

One can also assess the energy risks that dependencies on the Energy System introduce, and make informed decisions about accepting these energy risks, and evaluating Energy Risk Mitigation options.
