EECS Production Period

Definition
EECS Production Period is a required data item in an EECS Certificate
- the first day on which the Output to which it relates was produced
- the last day on which the Output to which it relates was produced
- (optionally) starting time when the Output to which the EECS Certificate relates was produced
- (optionally) the end time when the Output to which the EECS Certificate relates was produced
