This is the core conceptual category for the notion of an information construct (being any non random or information artifact), along with semantically primitive kinds of information such as names and written information. This is intended as a purely conceptual category and the concepts here would not be used in published Release FIBO for applications. Some work remains to integrate these concepts with those being introduced in Release under the Arrangements module.
