Business-As-Usual (BAU) denotes a management mindset / strategy that does not introduce any material change in the operating practices, policies affecting the firm.

A BAU scenario is a Scenario where future projections are based on the assumption that operating practices and policies remain as they are at present (irrespective of whether that will actually be the course of action adopted)
