Definition
Activity. A process or set of processes undertaken by an organization (or on its behalf) that produces or supports one or more products and services.
When used as a type of indicator, the administrative activities involved in implementing the policy or action (undertaken by the authority or entity that implements the policy or action), such as permitting, licensing, procurement, or compliance and enforcement.
