AVM Provider. Party which is the Provider of an AVM Valuation.

PoC Data element definition and documentation (note inclusion of business / data rules with these): Provider of original AVM valuation - Name of AVM provider if original valuation method is AVM (RR 108 ) Provider of current AVM valuation - Name of AVM provider if current valuation method is AVM ( RR 114) Property Valuation Provider ( party) -id (end of PoC data notes) Semantic Model notes: This does not include a definition of or reference to what AVM is. Need to add this, and get a meaningful definition. Also if there are "Original" and "Current" AVM valutions these need to be identified and dealt with.
