Main Use
This property is useful for entities that are defined elsewhere and labelled / accessible online via an URL. That external definition is considered the primary source
If the item derives from a database that is not publicly then use alternative properties
Sameness is to be understood in principle (e.g. it may well be that Open Risk Data is not synced with that external source)
Related Concepts
For entities that are defined elsewhere but for which an openly accessible URL is not available, we use property P15: is same as item defined by external identifier
