TWO men have been arrested in connection with an incident where a skimming device was fitted to a cash point in Derby. At around 11.30am yesterday, staff at the Co-op petrol station, in Duffield Road, called police to report a suspicious device on the cash machine. Officers attended and found it had been fitted with a card skimming device. (English)
