Lawrence County Chief Sheriffs Deputy Harold Knighten was convicted in 2014 of using the Law Enforcement Tactical System database to look up information on a man he suspected of having an affair with his wife. The Decatur Dailys accounts of the trial indicate Knighten parked near the mans mobile home and used license plate numbers to research people who came to the mans house. (English)
