A husband and his spouse are both employed at this VAMC. The wife (works in HR) received an email from an employee complaining about another HR employees lack of assistance with her workers compensation claim. In the email, the employee mentioned steroid injection, MRI, and worsening conditions. The wife forwarded the message to her husband who works in the Directors office and who does not have a need to know. (English)
