Definition
Property Valuation. The activity whereby some real estate is valued by some agent, for some purpose (for example, for the purpose of granting or denying a loan).
The activity of valuation of the propetry, which is carried out prior to setting up the loan, gives rise to "Property Valuation" information which is retained through the life of the loan.
