Definition
A Performing Receivable in a securitisation context is a Transferred Receivable that has not experienced any pre-defined Credit Event and thus is not a Delinquent Receivable or a Defaulted Receivable
Details
In the normal course of business, Performing Receivables form the bulk of the securitisation asset portfolio and their associated cashflows conform to their Contractual Cash Flows
