Definition
Net Sales Proceeds: Total cash received from the sale of the property net of any applicable selling expenses, such as fees and commissions, allowable for inclusion under the terms of the property sale, as currently reported on the HUD-1 or other settlement statement.
Notes
This field will be populated after the disclosed disposition date of the mortgage loan or the subject property, as applicable, based on individual CRT deal claims and reporting timelines.
