Dividend Reinvestment

Definition
Dividend Reinvestment. Dividend payment where cash dividend is rolled over into additional shares in the issuing company.
Announcement would by that either get stock or cash. May have an announcement that pays a stock dividend only - hence this would be a bonus Issue. Dividend reinvestment is a choice on the part of the Holder but is not part of the announcement.
