Definition

The Data Trustee is an entity holding Decoding Keys allowing for the decoding of the encrypted information provided to the Issuer to the extent necessary to identify Transferred Receivables in accordance with the Data Trust Agreement circumstances

Details

When assets transferred to the securitisation involve personal data subject to privacy laws, the Management Company and/or the Custodian my appoint a Data Trustee so Borrower-related Personal Data are generally encrypted in compliance with banking secrecy rules and data protection requirements.
